Let us introduce ourselves:
Zest is a partnership between two North Devon women who have always loved cooking and entertaining.
Between us we have many years of catering experience, in hotels, restaurants, pubs. Qualifications, Food Hygiene at Levels 2 and 3, experience and enthusiasm, that put together, make us just the sort of people to really help you make your occasion one to remember.
After many years of collaboration on various local events, running the kitchens at the local Tennis Club, for example, and hosting many other events related to it, and others, we decided that it would be splendid to combine our shared passion, skills and flare for food and offer them to those who love entertaining but don’t have the time to cook!
Our dishes are all home made, from the bread through to the sorbet. The ingredients we use are almost all locally sourced. We say ‘almost’ because we can’t find anyone in North Devon who grows cumin, or saffron, or lemons!
In this we take real pride, and we just love doing what we do.
